My name is Kenzie VanArsdale, I am a Colorado native and was born and raised in the Denver area. I moved to
the Western Slope summer of 2017, and I am blessed to call Montrose my home. My husband, Steven, and I have
two incredible children together, our daughter Rylee and our newborn son Hudson. We love everything that
Montrose has to offer aņd especialy enjoy all the water recreation. We spend most of our summers at the nearby
reservoirs paddle boarding and kayaking. We look forward to going hiking and camping more once our newborn
gets a little older.
I began my real estate career in 2018 and I am so passionate about what I do. I love to learn, and Istrive off
education as well as teaching others. I have earned several real estate designations which include my SRS (Seller
Represeņtative Specialist). ĂBR (Accredited Buyer Representatiye), MRP (Ňilitary Relocation Profesśional) às well
as a certification, PSA (Pricing Specialist Advisor). I plan on continuing to receive more.
